Hydrotime\nis a way to describe the relationship between water potential\nand seed germination rates at germination percentages. One\nimportant quantity before applying hydrotime modeling of\ngermination percentages is to consider the proportion of viable\nseeds that could germinate under saturated conditions. This\npackage can be used to apply correction factors at various\nwater potentials before estimating parameters like stress\ntolerance, and uniformity of the hydrotime model. Three\ndifferent distributions namely, Gaussian, Logistic, and Extreme\nvalue distributions have been considered to fit the model to\nthe seed germination time course.
